    江苏益尔机电有限公司位于长三角地区，是省级重点机电企业。公司主要从事轮胎硫化设备、全自动修边设备、自动化产线及一些非标设备的设计开发与生产制造，目前已成功研制出全新的子午线轮胎硫化机和第三代自动修边机，并推向市场。硫化机采用先进的PLC控制技术和各种自动化控制系统，依据为其编制的控制程序、操作顺序，使轮胎的成型工艺流程实现全程机械化和自动化作业，最大程度地保证了轮胎成型工艺流程的准确实施。第三代自动修边机采用三刀头结构修胎，单个修边时间提高到20秒；同时全程自动化，大量节省了人工的支出；能最大范围地调整气缸，可以修13-19寸的轮胎；内部设备配置还可以根据客户的需求进行调整，全方位满足客户不同的需求。

Employing advanced PLC technology, and various kinds of automated controls, and working as per customized control programs and operation sequences, our curing press is supposed to deliver a service that features fully mechanical and automatic operations throughout the tire shaping process, thus ensuring accurate execution of shaping process to the greatest extent.
Our model of 3rd generation edge trimmer features a 3-blade trimming head which reduces the time needed for individual trimming service to only 20 seconds. Thanks to thorough automation, our client saves costs on the consumption of human power to a great deal. Besides, our model allows for adjusting of gas cylinder to the greatest extent possible, which makes its service available to tires ranging from 13 to 19 inches. What’s more, we accept orders for customized internal configuration, and are always willing to cater to needs from with what we can.
