安徽瑞邦橡塑助剂集团有限公司始建于1995年，占地面积42000平方米，建筑面积30000平方米。坐落在省级开发区阜阳经济技术开发区，105国道南侧，距济广高速入口5公里，交通十分便利。是一家致力于橡塑助剂、高分子材料等产品生产、销售及研发的化工企业。公司己通过ISO9001:2008质量管理体系认证及ISO14001:2004环境体系认证。公司现有员工300多人，专业技术人员52人，资产总值约5000万元，年产值达2亿元。公司与中国科技大学、北京化工大学、青岛科技大学、阜阳师范学院等高等院校建立了校企联合研发体系，拥有完善的检验手段、先进的检测设备和雄厚的技术力量。
公司主要以生产橡胶防老剂、环保促进剂、环保增塑剂、环保塑解剂、环保软化剂、分散剂、活性剂、均匀剂、高级增粘树脂、超级增粘树脂、包衣硫磺、新型改性炭黑、新型有机酸钴类粘合剂等10多个系列产品，并拥有10多项国家专利。产品得到了三角轮胎股份有限公司、河南风神轮胎股份有限公司、杭州中策橡胶有限公司、固铂成山轮胎有限公司、太原双喜轮胎股份有限公司、贵州轮胎股份有限公司等50多家国内知名企业的广泛应用，赢得了广大客户的一致好评。

Anhui Ruibang Rubber & Plastics Auxiliaries Group Co., LTD was founded in 1995, covers an area of 42000 square meters, the building area is 30000 square meters, located in the provincial development zone Fuyang Economic & Technological Development Zone, at the south side of 105 National Highway, 5 kilometers away from the entrance of Jinan-Guangzhou Highway, the traffic condition is very convenient. It is a chemical enterprise dedicated in the manufacturing, selling and R&D of the rubber and plastic auxiliaries, polymer materials and other products. The Company has passed ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification and ISO14001:2004 environment system certification. The Company now has more than 300 employees, 52 professional and technical personnels, and worth about 50 million Yuan, annual output value is 200 million Yuan. The Company established university-enterprise joint research and development system with University of Science and Technology of China, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Fuyang Normal College and other institutions of higher education, has perfect testing means, advanced testing equipment and strong technical force.
The Company mainly produces rubber antioxidant, environmental promoter, environmental plasticizer, environmental softener, disperser, activator, leveler, advanced tackifying resin, super tackifying resin, covered sulfur, new modified carbon black, new organic acids cobalt adhesive and so on, totally more than 10 series of products, and owns more than 10 national patents.
